Drinking water thermoelectric cooler for passenger in railroad cars

Thermoelectric water cooler (TWC) supplies passengers in railroad cars with cooled purified drinking water. TWC is mounted in conductor’s compartment. Previously boiled water enters TWS through the fine filter (particle size < 5 micron) and after cooling and bactericide treatment under ultraviolet lamp comes into dispenser.
